How to wash linen ? |
• Linen bedding can be hand-washed as well as washing machine. Do not forget to fasten all the buttons or zipper on the pillowcases and duvet covers, if there are any. • All washing, rinsing and push-up cycles will be successful and safe for linen bedding if you fill the drum only half full. • Colored linen bedding should be washed separately from white and at a temperature no higher than 60 ° C. White linen bedding can be washed at temperatures up to 90 ° C. • It is not recommended to use bleach when washing. Enzymes or supplements with bleach (for example, chlorine) can damage any sort of fabric, which will lead to rapid wear of the product. • Linen bedding should be pressed at a speed of no more than 600 revolutions per minute. Otherwise, the resulting folds and creases on the fabric will be difficult to smooth out, even after steam treatment. |
Drying linen
|
The best way to dry linen bedding is to hang it completely straightened in the fresh air and let it dry naturally. We do not recommend tumble-drying, as it decreases the life of any fabric. But this does not mean that it is forbidden to dry in this way, and if you still use it, then do not let the linen dry completely, because linen is much easier to iron while it is wet. If you have completely dried the laundry, it may seem that it to have drastically shrunken. Don't worry, the flax fibers will return to normal after ironing with (and a jet of water) or a steam iron. |
How to iron linen? | Flax is well ironed only when wet. The maximum temperature of the iron is 200 °C or a steam iron. |
