We ship our products all over the world by trusted carrier companies offering express delivery.
We promote the concept of "Made to order". This means that custom-made products are created specifically for you and also that we may have in stock a small number of only those products that are in high demand.
Our products are made to order for each customer, therefore we ensure 5 weeks as a maximum time to process orders. Normally, it takes around 10 to 15 working days.
No additional fees or taxes are applied for orders within the EU. For other countries, customs and/or import duties are often applied once the delivery reaches its destination, and any of such fees must be paid by the addressee. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the relating costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We accept all major credit cards and popular payment systems, as well as PayPal.
Yes, however, it should be borne in mind that our base settlement currency is euro, and when calculating the amount of the write-off may vary slightly depending on the conversion rate of your payment system.
